Once your baby has arrived there is a period of time where your body needs to readjust back to its pre-pregnant state. This may be a time when you feel you need a little more help and support.
Reflexology may help you restore your natural balance along with promoting general post-natal recovery.
Reflexology can help with the ‘let down’ reflex during breastfeeding especially if you are feeling anxious, as reflexology will help to promote relaxation and ease tension.
