Case History
A full consultation will be completed at your first visit to ensure that reflexology is right for you, as there are certain conditions where reflexology should be avoided.
Pregnant
If you are pregnant, I will also ask to see a copy of your maternity notes. Always inform your midwife or other health care provider if you are having reflexology during pregnancy.
Receiving current treatment
If you are currently being treated by your GP or Specialist it is always advisable to seek their permission prior to having a treatment.
Babies & Toddlers
Babies in arms are very welcome to join you during your treatment session, however due to health and safety toddlers will be required to stay strapped into their buggies during your treatment. There is a crèche available during weekday mornings; so why not take advantage of the facilities so you can enjoy a relaxing treatment and some well deserved ‘me time’.
